We recommend that delegates stay at the place of the Symposium venue, as transport will be required to access other hotels in the area. September is a touristic month in Cyprus and late booking is difficult and risky.

Payment Policy for Accommodation 1. 20% prepayment of the total reservation amount is required as a deposit for the confirmation of each booking. 2. The remaining amount must be settled upon the arrival of the guests to the hotel. Cancellation Policy for Accommodation 1. For bookings cancelled 7 days or more prior to the arrival date, no cancellation fee will apply and a full refund will be offered by the hotelier. 2. For bookings cancelled 1 to 6 days prior to the arrival date, the prepayment is non-refundable (that is, the 20% of the total reservation amount that is charged for the booking confirmation will be held by the hotel as a cancellation fee). 3. For bookings cancelled on the arrival date or in case of a no show, the hotel will keep the prepayment of 20% that has already been charged and it will also charge the credit card with the remaining amount of the total value of the reservation (that is, in this case, a 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged as a cancellation fee).
